As this later part of my journey took me up the west coast of the United States, into and across Canada, and then back into the east coast of the United States, this page would become rather long. Therefore, to reduce its length and improve readability, it has been divided between the two main centres, namely: Santa Monica and Las Vegas (in the west), and New Jersey and New York (in the east).
